That does not make it 'Removed from Game'. It just make it unplayable. You can make assumptions and speculate whether it was intended to be cut or not but since it can appear in game without the use of modding/hacking. It does not count as 'removed from game'. | |

Sorry, but i disagree with you. -The car can't be obtained by normal means -In international versions of the game, it lacks an in-game name -It was meant to be an opponent in Compact Car Cup, however it doesn't appear AS THIS CAR IS REMOVED.
