It's an early Panzer III..

Judging by the commander's cupola, 37mm gun, 6 road wheels, and no cone looking thing on the roof, I'd say it's the version F.

The stubby cannon and forward-set turret gives me Neubaufahrzeug vibes...

...but I think its the low-poly design of the vehicle playing tricks on me. some Pz. III variant is probably closer.

It's a Panzerkampfwagen III maybe a Ausf E. It appears the main manufacturer was Daimler-Benz

Unfortunately this was deleted at the final copy of the game..Probably replaced by the Black Metal.
