'Asbo' in the UK is abbreviated slang for 'Anti Social Behaviour Order' this is something that may be served by Police to youths causing disturbance on the streets. | I think the livery is based on harlequin livery, as about why this car in the US. Livery was also used on a brazilians Volkswagen's. I see it as another hint of going south with the next GTA | |
