As far as I know, Electronic Arts never officially returned Audis in Unbound due to licensing issues. And the answer is no.

The front bumper looks odd to me as well, I preferred the 2017, but the R8 is an underrated vehicle so maybe it will grew on me

To be fair when they commented there was a different front picture that showed the pre-facelift bumper equipped, which is a customization option.
