All cars being added are free (mostly unlocked through events) . Paid DLC cars stopped months ago excluding expansions

It's not paid DLC, it's free content added with the update.

Also, unlike most other free vehicles added with updates, you don't have to unlock it, as it can be bought from the Autoshow for 58,000CR, I believe.

This car was teased by Ford to make it into this game moment its launched which was at the beginning of FH4 life cycle. I was starting to think it wasnt gonna make it

Not Origin: USA, as the Raptor isn't available in the US market. Should be Origin: Australia, I assume.
