Okay!
Just did a lil' research, and this car seems to be a mixture of two models of Delahaye: 90-91 Delahaye 135 M and a 1948 Delahaye 175 S.

But it's definitely NOT Buick Y-Job.

Absolutely beautiful car.
It seems to have some elements of Auburn Speedster and/or Cord.
