This is allowed because of License ACC acquired, Toyota doesnt have final say. The game has to have the all teams in the series.

Yes Toyota stated racing cars arent affected but alot of racing cars/rally toyotas arent available anymore in franchises that used to be.

Racing Toyota/lexus is currently only available if you own license of the category they race in. Atleast thats the case in western games
