Can't be an R31 because it had a different look to the R30. This Skyline is somehow based on the early versions of the car. R31 headlight are much thinner in design compared to the R30. And this one had a dual type headlamps. And the fact that the RS Turbo isn't offered on the 7th gen Skyline. These were replaced by the GT and GT-S variants.
