This model is equipped with the optional enclosed cab with heating and A/C, which I believe is a rarity in it's segment, and apparently (along with the 835M) the first Gators to offer heat and A/C.

According to the John Deere website, these models are specified with HVAC in the name to indicate the equipment, and this should probably be listed as such as well, making it an XUV865M HVAC.
