Only the headlight details resemble a Bel-Air. This mostly looks like a mid 1950s Ford Fairlane with elements from a similar era Buick Special:

It's a 1956 Chevy Bel-Air with 55' Plymouth Fins/Tailights. Same thing as in Saints Row 2.
