The front of the hull is reminding me alot of the OTO C13 T90, but the turret looks like a Swedish design, so im not sure

doesn't look like the same, the rear shot is more a APC or IFV, actually looks alot like the North Korean VTT-323 Sinhung mostly because of its characteristic exhaust.
