The rear makes me think Mitsuoka Galue I, but otherwise it's a Toyota Crown reused from the Yakuza series, with some sci-fi bullshit added in to make it look "future".

Front grill and much of the body is very reminiscent of a mid 00's Toyota Century but the rear is definitely a mid to late 90's Cadillac DeVille.
