It's a 1995-96 model, older ones had different rear quarter windows.
Also, Classic was a trim level on 1991-96 Caprices, not the part of the name.

I posted this before thinking...
The rear wheel wells are not half covered like the 91. so would you say more of a 94 facelift or something?
with an odd newer Chevrolet front end.
