It's an R/T trim going by the spoiler and body kit. But it would be a 2008 at minimum... the 3G Chrysler Sebring made Its debut in 2007 first, and then the 2G Avenger made its debut in 2008.

The number in SRT-8 implys amount of cylinders the vehicle has. And there is no way that a big American car like the Magnum would be powered by a 4-cylinder engine. Stay sharp and alert, friends!

Going to need a rear view, because this looks more like a 2007-2010 Dodge Avenger from the front.
EDIT: There's also no such thing as a "Magnum SRT-4"... There was a Magnum SRT-8, but not an SRT-4.
