As the Mark X, it's exclusive to Japan, but there's a Chinese market version called the Reiz as well.

That sounds nice actually it looks really neat, I think I prefer it's design over the Camry, but unfortunately it's Exclusive to Japan market

Underneath the body, the chassis and drivetrain is more similar to a Lexus GS than a Camry, being rear wheel drive with optional all wheel drive, where the Camry is front wheel drive.

In Japan, the Mark X is positioned as a more premium alternative to the Camry. Similarly sized, but directed to a different kind of customer.
