Brabus isn't a division of M-B, it's a separate company. That's how the game devs decided to circumvent M-B not wanting their cars in the game. It's much like games including RUF when Porsche was exclusive to NFS.

Known as "merca" in the game files. Maybe this was going to be a Mercedes-Benz before Team SOHO thought of adding a Brabus?
