MSC recieved a visual modification "pack" for Satsuma few weeks ago, it can now be modified to be in GT trim.

After you get Fleetari to adjust the valve and carb tune, it has adequate performance, handles nicely and is generally very fun to drive. This car is probably the best in the game. Just keep an eye on the water pump, head gasket and alternator as these are very prone to failing. I just use MSCeditor to adjust their condition. :p

...inb4 ToplessGun updates the game, making it not only horrible to drive, but also break down before you even get to the main road.

The front and back pictures of the Satsuma are the only ones that are hard to see the details on.
