Not even the 2013 setting is consistent because you still can listen to one of the DJs on the radio talk about the new millenium, I.E. 1999, you can tell they only did the "2013" setting to justify stuff like the electrogun and the SRS Scientists gang being referred to as clones at some point (probably in the manual) | |
