| In the 1999 GT1 championship, these cars were known as the Chrysler Viper GTS-R | ||
| Similarly, this is not a road-going S281, but the racing Saleen Mustang RRR -- Last edit: 2015-09-29 01:13:12 | ||
| This can't be a C12-R since that was introduced in 2001 and this is a 1999 game. At this time, Callaway was racing the Callaway Corvette LM, which this bears a closer resemblance to. | ||
| The 1977 Mini did not have the Austin name attached, but if this is meant to be Mr Bean's Mini, it should be listed as a 1977 Mini 1000. | ||
| The Mini in 1984 did not have the Austin name attached, and was certainly not a sedan. | ||

| Well I know everybody dies eventually - that's just part of human biology... or was that meant to be a death threat? | ||
| I'm not sure you could really say this is double-decked. To me, it's just a VW Typ 2 with a comically huge roof box. | ||
| It's a promotional shot from before the game's release, so I doubt the uploader can do that. However, here's a better shot of the front, clearly showing Rolls Royce features www.hardcoregamer.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Mad-Max-Magnum-Opus.jpg | ||
| 1968 Dodge Dart? | ||
| Obviously not an XC90, its a variant of the Corolla seen here www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=78644 | ||
| And this scene takes place in Bangkok, Thailand, so the Japanese connection isn't necessarily present. | ||
| Burn Rubber a écrit Seriously? It got changed to Cherokee again? I'm putting it to Made for Game and I expect it to stay there. I actually sent the request through before that discussion, but if you're going to make changes, at least have the courtesy to change it for all 3 versions of the car (Carbon, Most Wanted, Undercover) and don't leave them identified differently. | ||
| I think the side profile is also fairly similar to the Jeep (although the section that runs past the doors is inverted). But anyway, you should all probably work from the Most Wanted version of the car, since it has better images from more angles: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=47246 Another interesting suggestion I've seen is the GMC Envoy, which has similar headlights, grille size and side-skirt details. -- Last edit: 2015-08-30 00:20:37 | ||
| But my point is it's 0% identical. Nothing is a match. Absolutely nothing. If there was any part of this vehicle that had even a hint of MDX, I might agree with you, but this car is just totally different in every way. I know how unlicensed cars work, I know that cars are "stylised" to avoid legal conflicts, but this car has so little in common with the Acura, that I see no evidence that it is based upon one and I can't understand how anybody could think differently. -- Last edit: 2015-08-30 00:08:21 | ||
| Why the hell does this keep getting changed back to an MDX? As I've painstakingly explained multiple times across multiple games (with the majority of my work deleted by hackers, trollers or maybe an overzealous admin), this vehicle does not have one single feature in common with an MDX, yet it has headlights, body shape and other features that are very similar to a Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ). Don't believe me? Look here. -- Last edit: 2015-08-29 23:32:59 | ||
| Coil is obviously Tesla, since a Tesla Coil is a real scientific instrument. | ||
| Corvette C6 ? | ||
| Like I said, the body (below the windows) is actually still very much a Bricklin. Since the car bears resemblance to only one real vehicle, it should be an easy identification. Made for Game is usually only reserved for completely fictional vehicles. -- Last edit: 2015-08-25 21:27:28 | ||
| Really not sure how this one remains as a Made For Game when it is one of the most faithful cars in this game to its movie counterpart... | ||
| Should really be listed as the Bricklin, since it has the nose, gullwing doors and side details, while the remainder is unidentifiable (giving it a majority of Bricklin). Especially since this would be the only Bricklin on our site. -- Last edit: 2015-08-25 21:15:48 | ||
| I suppose things aren't so bad now we have the Edit button, but there was a time when it was impossible to get a Made For Game changed even if a perfect match was identified, simply because the disagreement between users was seen as proof for a car being fictional. Thankfully that period is over, but comments like yours still give me nightmares... | ||
| I'd say it has a strong Bricklin influence, but with a very simplistic cabin area. | ||
| That's a bit of an unfair assessment. Just because no decision has been made doesn't mean that this car is a work of fiction, especially when the majority of cars in this game are based upon real vehicles. Why would this boring sedan be the exception to the rule? Initially, the front end led me to think this might be a Rover 200 (SD3), but having carefully looked at the vehicle (including other views on the wiki), believe it is based upon the Nissan Bluebird T12. | ||

| Burn Rubber a écrit Which ones? If you have Revenge, could you get the traffic and crashed cars replaced? I'd do it, but I can't figure out any of this capture card stuff. 1, Revenge and Paradise. But the capture card I've got is fairly terrible, since it can't take still images (I have to screenshot the video it takes in order for it to work) and I have to play the game through a small window on my computer screen. You can see some of the images I've taken on this wiki. They aren't the best quality, but given how the Revenge images currently are, it might be worth a shot. | ||
| Burn Rubber a écrit But not this one. It's just something needed for every car that can have it. Totally. Maybe sometime I'll try to get my capture card working and get shots for the 3 Burnout games I have. | ||
| Admittedly I haven't played 2, but 2's rendition of this car is very similar to the one here. | ||
| The other side views are visible on the car's variants: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=16833 www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=18430 -- Last edit: 2015-08-11 01:17:53 | ||
| Burn Rubber a écrit As said by CrazyCars in 2007, This car is a tuned version of the Roadster from Burnout 2. It can't be the Evora. I will change them back to Elise. It's certainly a spritual successor, but this car is still fairly different to the original: www.cubed3.com/staff/tempo88/burnout1.jpg flashingblade.net/classics/burnout_1_03.jpg | ||
| This car is very much an Acura RSX upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bd/2004-05_Acura_RSX.jpg | ||
| It's not so obvious from this rear shot, but the car has far more in common with the RSX. Honestly, I'm not sure what strange variant of a Civic Coupe people mistook it for before... | ||
| I disagree. It has the shape, headlights and tailights of the Bugatti, which quite frankly is all the features this model has. -- Last edit: 2015-08-10 21:47:32 | ||
| GeoZR177 a écrit I agree it is a very underrated car in GTA i just wish the mods from GTA IV were available in V They are available, but you can't change them yourself. If you want one with the spoiler, bumper lip or sunroof, you'll just have to get lucky and find the one you want on the streets. | ||
| I disagree. It has the wheels, front canhards, rear haunches and front nose shape of the older GT40. All of these are not present or less similar on the 2005 revival. Not only that, but I'd say it has a 60's racecar theme not "modern car". www.boldride.com/ride/1968/ford-gt40-gulfmirage-lightweight upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2e/Ford_GT40_P-2090_at_Road_America.jpg -- Last edit: 2015-08-10 21:02:46 | ||
| Chrome bumpers make this the older Austin FX4 | ||
| Not sure why this one keeps getting rejected, but this is clearly the classic GT40 racecar and not the 2005 GT. | ||
| I wrongly identified this as a Corvette a few minutes ago, before I remembered the 2005 Ford Shelby GR-1 Concept: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Shelby_GR-1 -- Last edit: 2015-08-10 20:01:51 | ||
| chesty a écrit Listen here Jack the car year is 1964 Imperial and Chrysler were separate marques when Chrysler acquired Imperial the car was rebadged Chrysler created the Imperial marque in 1955 and retained ownership until its demise in 1983. Before and after that period, the Imperial was a Chrysler model. | ||
| strike9 a écrit The front is porsche cayenne. SB stands for shooting brake, british for station wagon, and I believe the r4 is just an Audi reference. Actually, the British term for a Station Wagon is an Estate. Shooting Brakes are Estates with elements of a Coupe. And I also agree this is closely related to the Porsche Panamera. | ||
| Looks more like a 1969 Aston Martin DBS | ||

| Mercedes-Benz L4500A | ||
| I disagree. It shares a lot of features with the Bentley. And for the record, the real Bentley's fastback roof is barely noticeable. |
