Because the height respect to the tarmac is very down. Well, something like that also happens to the F40. I have a feeling that it looks like the F40LM, rather than the normal F40, as the headlights are not quite exact to the real model. In the game it was undderated. It was alot slower and clumsier than the car is actually supposed to be in reality.
