Than all citie and police cars are unlocked such like limo, school bus in chicago etc... The cars like Buick GSX, Mini Cooper, blue Pickup and Semi Truck are all bonus cars, that you must serach in each of the four towns. My tip, go to youtube if you don´t where you to find this cars.

The car reminds me most of a '58 Chrysler (rather than a De Soto or Dodge) - more specifically a Saratoga 4-Dr (body & fins) crossed with a foreign-market Dodge Kingsway (Front) circa the same year... Then again, a lot of old US cars in Cuba are cobbled together with aftermarket parts! ^^

Then again, they're stupidly rare, and even though it's just a game, it's unlikely to see one in Brazil.
