Yes, this is the model that did save Infiniti out of its turbulent age, and yes, this was the crummy replacement of the longstanding Skyline (that is until the actual GT-R came around) in its domestic market. Truth is this car is just a budget-oriented luxury coupe. Counterpoint to all this is FM7 did bring the G35 as a playable car, in a simcade track game. So far this has yet to resurface in any current Forza game.
