Where the lore stands is that a worse variant of the virus, codenamed THV, had propagated into Europe and the world, not just within the independent republic somewhere in Turkey. For this van, I supposed they kept it around as a leftover asset from the original DL. Here, this poorly-written pamphlet for a videostore ad I took shows a mirrored version of said asset.
