After getting the hood off, a modern engine is seen, and the valve covers read '5L BLOCK', five liters of displacement. Though less than a 5.7 HEMI, I'd say this makes this car an R/T.

With the hood off, the powertrain looks to be electric, but the car still has an exhaust pipe out the rear. The name is also "200 EV", so you'd expect it to be an electric car. The same car in WD1 is just called Bogen 200, so they probably just took the same model and forgot to take the exhaust off.

If a certain version of a vehicle in the game spawns with a specific paint scheme and always spawns with the same license plate, it it worth being listed separately? Because there's such a version of this van in the game. It spawns with this sort of 'stargazing' sort of paint scheme, and always carries the same license plate: FEL ISH (reads as Felish on HackNet). It also seems so spawn less often than nearly every other livery of this van, even the Prime_Eight version.

One of like...three vehicles that pretty much spawn exclusively in this region of the map (the others being the Merengue and the Fiammetta).

Just spotted one in Southwest SF with the sign, but painted plain silver. Previously, the only other way to get the taxi variant was to spawn one with Car on Demand with a custom livery, but now they're coming up otherwise standard, just with the roof sign. Go figure.
