The way you do this on the ps4 version is by pressing the big pad in the middle of your ps4 controller, then all the options will come up, then you want to press triangle, then select drive or walk. It is absolutely amazing to drive around your city. I mean, driving around your own city that you built, its the best thing in the world and you gotta try it out.
