I used to think that it's a stunt car of some sort, because it appears in the parking lot of a TV studio. ...but given the "quality" of the game, it's more likely that the devs were just too lazy to remove the bullbar.

Half of the photos are blurry and the other half (that I added a few years ago) is either small or the HUD is visible on the picture. A free camera mod was released since then, so now I could take better pictures.
