A '70s Bronco maybe, but the wheelwells are too square for anything '80s or '90s. It also shares a badge with the Polar, which is a based on a chrysler or dodge, so it would make sense for this to be a Ramcharger, which has squared wheelwells, and the bodypanels are smooth like a ramcharger's. The camper shell is pretty much wrong for all of them no matter which you pick, and the taillights could be either a Ramcharger's or '80s Bronco. the grille is a mishmash though. part '80s ford, part early '90s dodge and a dash of GM scottsdale in there.

It's definitely something WM Caprice-based, even though there is no civilian version of the Caprice for the US market. In fact, this may sound crazy, but judging by the front, the closest real life thing is the Bitter Vero IMO, even though an obscure limited production German sedan is not what you'd see in the streets of Chicago.
