History on the Lotec Sirius seems very shady at best. I've read an article saying that the Sirius started development in 1992, so it's possible that the game might've caught wind of it and added it in. Sources are iffy though, so I'll leave that up to you guys.

With that aside, I am seeing a mixture of the Koenigsegg CC prototype and the Spiess C522. A queue from the Vector M12 is a stretch.

Nothing are similar to a Vector.

The original Sirius concept is from 1993.

the headlights reminded me from the Bianco 1600, and the rear angle a bit like a BMW Nazca C2

I've recently found a car where its silhouette bears quite a resemblance to this car, called the Spiess C522, made in 1992.

Perhaps it was based on the CC prototype and through pure coincidence, Koenigsegg added the carbon side-stripes. I wouldn't find that so outrageous.

Hmm, the original Koenigsegg prototype barely looked like the finished one. There wasn't even the trademark carbon fibre stripe across both sides.

I know what you mean... I've been wondering about this before. Another one I've been trying to explain is the Ford Super Stallion (1998) featured in Rush 2 (1998).
I assume Atari have had insight into the development of cars; the Koenigsegg project started in 1994, the Ford Super Stallion is the ultimate version of the 1994 Mustang, so in theory it is possible.
I can't find any other explanation... for me, this car is undeniably a Koenigsegg CC.

Are we waiting for the Koenigsegg to lay an egg, before it gets filed...? This car doesn't get more Koenigsegg than this!

(The same goes for the "Concept" in Rush 2, which is the same car.)
