Looks like a Q7 that has been modified into a pickup truck (from the front to the start of the bed, most parts match the Q7)

Considering the game is set in the 2030s, I'd say this is a Made for Game. The front is clearly from an Audi Q7, back only somewhat resembles a Mitsubishi L200, and the rest just looks made up.
