Might actually be a Caprice B4C. Didn't know the Impala SS was offered with the B4C Package.

Looks like LAPD livery. Never heard of 7th gen. Impala SS as a police car. Caprice should be way better choice but still anachronistic. Also the lightbar on the top is wrong for an LAPD car.
