The front looks like a Pontiac trans am, but body looks like a Buick Regal. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually,the headlights is from the 1993 Mitsubishi Galant with a rear from 1985 or 1989 Isuzu Gemini, Dodge Neon has different headlights, do you even know that?

It has the exact same front as the 1993 Mitsubishi Galant, even the same rims. But it is very badly modelled, up till the point where the body and rear does not resemble it.
