2012-01-23 17:12		The vehicle is an SA-12A "Gladiator" (S-300V) 9A83 TELAR (Transporter Erector Launcher And Radar). The chassis is a T-80 derivative made by KB Kirov Zavod called Item 830, but the correct ID name is probably "9A83 TELAR."
