| This is actually playable, in-game name is Novus B100 (just like the other one that spawns in traffic). As far as I know it's only purchasable in Pink Paws Bank's Exchange Shop for 20,000 Paw Coins. Pretty sure I've seen an undriveable/prop variant of the car in the market right next to the Property Agency in Whitetail Ridge Road.
