Not sure what the point of that speaker (siren?) thing on the roof is supposed to be, considering this is a civilian vehicle.

There's also a version without it: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=365764, however the open-trunk version transporting large goods always has a speaker: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=365309

edit: upon closer inspection, it appears that both of the speaker-having versions have had their rear seats and parcel shelf removed to carry goods, whereas the speaker-less version still has its rear seats and parcel shelf.
Maybe there is/was some kind of law saying that vehicles transporting large goods need to have a siren or something??
