2022-09-11 21:57 | These can be a bit tricky to obtain - they show up at larger roadblocks when you have high notoriety. I got one by getting a police roadblock to spawn on the bridge between Marina West and Lakeshore North. If you destroy the tank chasing you on notoriety 5, you'll be able to grab a Bunker without the police giving you any more trouble. |
