It's a Mini for sure! This one is noticeably more squared than a Mini, and 3/4 of the car are from the N360.

The point is that they took a mini and took some influence from those cars you mentioned in making it look unlicensed. Of course another connection could be made that it's called the Bogen 25, and the modern Mini in the same game is called the Bogen 50. That seems pretty deliberate to be honest.
