For some reason it reminds me of Lada Priora at the front - a car manufactured since 2007. Maybe it's just this chrome trim above the grille.

How to enter it?
Press Up Down Left Right in main menu and then type GOTPOPO and you unlocked the police car, it also says "Police V8 Interceptor" when highlighted.
