Live action cars are OK if the footage was filmed/photographed specifically for the game, for example, GTA 2's live action intro, or a photo taken by one the developers. The rule bans photos or videos which already existed before the game was made, for example, music videos in a Singstar game or those mobile card games that use stock photos. | |
