The in-game name of this vehicle isn't Kuroari; Kuroari is the company that owns it. There are 3 big corporations working on Mars in Red Faction Guerilla (Kuroari - red/white, AmRuKuo - yellow/black/brown, Colonial Transit Authority - blue/white). Most civilian vehicles are available in 3 different color schemes corresponding to these corporations.

The actual in-game name of this vehicle is never explicitely mentioned, although it's called "MiniHauler" in the game files.
