It does convey the impression of a modern Ford Ka to me. Mixed with some elements from a 2010s car.

The name is also "200 EV", so you'd expect it to be an electric car. The same car in WD1 is just called Bogen 200, so they probably just took the same model and forgot to take the exhaust off.

Actually, the name Bogen 200 references the Fiat 500, but it turned out much more like the Ford Ka. ;)

I have never seen a Ford Ka in North America, but one day, I saw one on San Fransisco! :lol:
