Plus slowly driving doesn't help because overtime the car will get mechanical issues. Also talking from experience. And it might not be the road it might be a curb or something. Usually people say the Nurburgring claimed someone's car because it's deceptive and treacherous . It might be the drivers fault but when it's on green hell , the track always takes credit because it's dangerous. You can never be certain on that track.
