Actually the body of the Lancer Evo comes from the Mirage, which was sold as Lancer in some markets.
Rear lights come from Mirage Asti, forgotten coupe from the 90s.
Front lights from Lancer Evo V/VI, bumpers are actually depending from which variant you choose in the shop, since some of them are a reference to Lancer Evo IV, another to LanEvo VI and this one seems inspired by the LanEvo III.
Aside the pillar in the side window that has no sense since it doesn't have to go down inside a door, the car is actually a Mirage/Mirage Asti, since the body is exactly that one.

More likely a Mirage 5th gen (1995-2000) rather than a Lancer.
This style has nothing to do with early 2000s. Especially those big turn signals in the bumper and the side edges, that are an heritage from late 80s in automotive design.

Grille's too big, car's too squashed, and overall shape doesn't seem to have any resemblance to the Type 57.

EDIT: To be honest, it's rear shape reminds me of the Type 57, front reminds me of the 1925 Rolls-Royce Jonckheere.

There are obviously some differences, I just said which car IMHO resembles the most. I think after all that "Made for Game" is the correct choice.

This is a Fiat Uno. They just mixed up details from different Fiat/Seat old models.
Rear tail-lights and line: Fiat Panda (141, 141A chassis code)
Overall body: Fiat Uno
Front fascia: Autobianchi A112, hints from Fiat Ritmo/Strada.

'83 Charade was impossible to be seen in Italy, the location where the game takes place should be respected, if we want to understand correctly which is the inspiration behind the models.
