The side profile is from an M6, as well, I think that can be clearly seen on the second pic. Looks absolutely NOTHING like a first gen CTS-V like you say.

I still vote a CTS.

Barely looks like an M6 except in the taillights, but even the rear fascia is nothing like the M6.

Looking at the rear I'd say it's an E63 BMW M6 with a 2012 Mercedes C63 AMG Black Series front.
