Given the steel wheels and lack of Cooper S features (like the hood scoop, spoiler, etc.) you're absolutely right.

Lifan is only produced in 4 door variant so I think it's based on Mini more likely.

I see where do you see the similarities, the only difference is the door count. But I think since this game has atleast one stolen model, this could be a stolen and edited Forza model
