Stainless is a small company that can't afford a trial for something that is as useless as that. So Hennessey says they'll sue them if they use the name Venom, and they don't want to take the risk so they change the name.

Strange. Vulcano is a car made by Icona. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=70421 But in Caramageddon Reinfarnation they had naming issues with Hennessy when naming a car "Venom"...

Maybe they got the rights to use the Vulcano name. Or maybe Icona just didn't care? :??:

Well they obviously don't care. Nobody knows about their car anyway, so if anything, it could somehow make people learn about it.
