Boy, they had the Crown Victoria playable again in Need For Speed series. (NFS Rivals had a police faction but no Crown Victoria and Starter Car for police faction is a C63 AMG Black Series and after you finish the tutorial speedlist (Goals), the Dodge Charger (Actual Police Car) is unlocked.)

In game it's labelled as a 2008 Crown Victoria, but they may be wrong.
