Nope. The Cuore and Micra aren't related and they're two different classes.

The Cuore is a kei car, while the Micra/March is a supermini.

But, it certainly looks like the L500 series Cuore was inspired by the K11 March/Micra, which came out 2 years before the L500.

Is it this gen Cuore somewhat related to 90s Nissan Micra? Because it really looks like badge engineered Micra.

What are you talking about? On GT5 page it also says TR-XX Avanzato R! www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=33693

And why it shouldnt be listed in GT6 by that name? It even says so on the number plate. And as i said, its definitely not a normal Cuore.
