Oddly enough, it's RHD despite the American setting, so it's obviously not the 2002+ US-spec model.
Also, it looks way too new. Most of the game takes place in locations that have been seemingly abandoned for decades, yet there's a car that should be only 1-2 years old.

No, this is an Audi. The Kuruma doesn't have grille and C-pillar, and the shape of the taillights are completely different.
