I'd say model year is 1948.

I do hope the game has some 50s and late 40s cars like this one. Today it's common to see cars that are 10-15 years old. I remember Jay Leno once saying that pre-war 40s cars where popular as first cars in the early 60s. I would be nice to see the difference between new 1968 vehicles and older ones.

But the Chevy doesn't have the swooping front fenders this has.

Oh my tits and orange juice. This is one of the Meh cars in the game. It's fast, but not too fast, and it's pretty reliable. I found a green beater, and I kept it with me until I got Lincoln's official car back. I love this thing.

So... Is this the oldest vehicle in the game?

Yes, by about 5 years. The second oldest is the Potomac Indiana. Not that unrealistic really, considering the amount of cars scrapped during WWII and how the damp and saltwater are unkind to cars.
