I know that the the hood vent and tail lights are from Shelby GT500, but since it lacks any other "shelbish" elements, like additional intake under the grill, extra headlights, rear spoiler, etc, I decided to list it as 1967 Mustang.

Stock Mustang's rear has no spoilers and different vents.

Notice the headlight and the rear looked like
